PART ONE: USER AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF USE

  1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Love Tanks mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use the App, you accept these terms on behalf of that minor. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

These terms apply to all users of the App, regardless of age.

  1. About the App

Love Tanks is an application developed by Rocket Ventures, LLC that allows users to create and join groups and track connection indicators called "tanks." The App is designed for use by individuals of all ages, including children, and has been built with that in mind.

No user account is required to use the App. No personal information is requested or collected at any point.

  1. Eligibility and Use by Minors

The App is suitable for users of all ages. Because no account is created and no personal information is collected, children may use the App without parental consent being required for data purposes. We encourage parents and guardians to review the App and these terms with their children.

No age verification is required, and no distinction is made in the App's functionality based on the age of the user.

  1. No Account Required

Love Tanks does not require users to create an account, register, or provide any identifying information. Access to groups within the App is managed solely through a group name and a numeric PIN chosen by the user. Rocket Ventures, LLC has no way to associate any group or tank level with any specific individual.
